Before opening his own practice, Dean spent more than eight years as a staff attorney for the Montana State Fund, the state’s largest workers’ compensation insurer. He knows what insurance companies look for, what they push back on, and where people often get stuck.
Now, he uses that knowledge to help everyday people deal with complex benefit systems like Social Security Disability and Workers’ Compensation, whether you’re applying for the first time or stuck after a denial.
